📍 3555 Don Mills Road, Scarborough
Went here a number of times, but after today, I doubt that I’ll come back anymore.
We came for dinner and had arrived around 5pm, and it was about 1/4 full. In this area there is a huge No Frills and a ServiceOntario, it is also really close to Seneca College on Finch so I think some students there might know about this place.
Feeling lazy, so we ordered one of the pre-set menus that was available on a separate part of the menu!
Our food came slightly slow, along with complimentary soup (not pictured).
Steamed chicken was alright – I’m not a fan of this dish but I’m okay with it.
Ribs here was just alright, not as chewy or tasteful as the one from Golden Ray/Joy restaurant. There were also tons of bones and not as much meat as I wouldhv liked on the ribs.
This was a vegetable dish with mushrooms, tofu, peas and carrots 🙂 .
The steamed fish actually was pretty tiny and for some odd reason, did not have that much meat in it so that was quite disappointing.
After the entire meal, our food was just overpriced and not worth it for the value. For the price paid, the dishes didn’t even provide that much meat and service was just so-so. Nothing great about the service or food, I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
